WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH A TOWING COMPANY!!!!! We have AAA and have been waiting on this tow truck driver since 8:38pm it is now 11:47pm (for an 18 minute tow!!!) When he arrives he tells us if we dont have the AAA "Card" present, he wont tow us unless we give him $300. He waited less than 5-10 minutes before he pulled off on us. But wait...heres the kicker!!! He called us at 10:30pm giggling and laughing and apologizing that he Supposedly dozed off and didn't see the initial job assignment. So in addition of waiting from 7:58 PM until 10:30 PM we are waiting an additional hour for this man to show up for a gig he was supposed to be at two hours prior but he couldn't wait even 20 minutes for AAA to call back and verify the account in front of him. He actually got offended after being called out for being almost 4 hours late and thats when he pulled off un us. In addition, he stated that the owner of this company likes to get over on AAA customers by requesting both ID & AAA CARD and when they dont have it they charge the customer $250-$300. This is when my husband says well ill just use my AMEX bc I know ill get my money back, he refused and only wanted cash. Majority of

Travis T was absolutely amazing! My car broke down on the side of 1-24 today and as terrible as that was we sure enjoyed the ride back to the dealership with him! I just knew that picking up a family of 6’5, 6’3 and 5’10 people would never fit and it was spacious! Thank you for your amazing customer service!

Bradley took my issue and made it his mission to to solve. Really nice folks that will bend over backwards to get you going. They git it done right. Beats a dealership all day long.
